Some lessons come from books and classrooms. Others arrive through family, animals work, mistakes, faith, humor, responsibility, disappointment, discover, and the ordinary moments we almost overlook.
Legacy Tail Press is built on the belief that life is always teaching us something when we are willing to look beyond what is familiar and pay attention to what surrounds us.

The philosophy behind Legacy Tail Press is rooted in a simple pattern found throughout Scripture: pay attention to the days we are given, learn from them, and faithfully pass what matters to those who come after us.
Psalm 90:12 So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.

Why the Bow-Tied, Braided Tail?
The tail came first as a visual thread - one little girl going through a difficult season spent all of her time putting perfect braids in a horse’s tail and tied each with a beautiful silk ribbon. But tails are also tied to the horses, dogs, and animals that fill so many of our stories and everyone’s lives..
The name, Legacy Tail Press grew into something larger.
